OUR BEGINING

In our endeavor to bring the vibrant spectrum of society into the realm of creativity and design, Switch was born. Our vision was nurtured and solidified through meaningful dialogues with fellow designers who echoed the need for greater diversity. Through a fruitful partnership with the Center for Art-Esteem, we gained precious access to classrooms, students, and teachers in the Oakland community, a critical step towards realizing our mission. Along this journey, the unwavering support from DoraLunaSPC further validated the importance of our cause, propelling us forward to weave a more colorful and inclusive creative landscape.

We believe in individual triumphs

VISION

Our vision is a future where the design industry mirrors the vibrancy and diversity of our global community. A future where every young creative can identify with the professionals they admire. Each event we host, every connection we forge, and each child we inspire, brings us one step closer to this vision. We understand the importance of structural changes, and we support the activists championing these efforts. But our role is different - we're here to navigate the system as it stands, showing our youth how they too can chart their course to success. Because we believe that with each individual triumph, we are collectively reshaping the status quo, one success story at a time
